Cancellation Policy

You the consumer, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, have the right to cancel the contract (purchase) - without any reason - at any point from the time of ordering until 7 working days after receipt of the goods. To cancel this contract, contact us by telephone or email, stating the order number and giving clear instruction that you wish to cancel the order. Upon doing so, you are required to return the goods (if they have already been dispatched); which are subject to our ‘Returns Policy'.

We will arrange a full refund as soon as possible; but in any event within 30 days of us receiving the returned goods in satisfactory condition.

If the goods are not returned, it will be assumed you have decided to buy them - no refund will be issued.

We are sorry but we are unable to provide a free returns service so returns are made at your own expense.

Cancellation by us

We Mystique Lingerie reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers

Our suppliers fail to deliver to us the goods you have ordered for any reason

We are unable to obtain the goods you have ordered by reason of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and arrange with you a refund of the sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible; but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
