Delivery Information

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 working hours of receipt. When an order is dispatched we will send you an e-mail telling you your order is on its way and confirming the content of your delivery.

Deliveries

UK deliveries are sent by First Class Royal Mail. Some deliveries may be upgraded by Mystique to recorded or special delivery dependant on their cost, size or weight, such items will require a signature upon delivery.

The cost of Delivery to all UK addresses is £3.50, delivery to all European countries is £7.50.

Free delivery for all orders over £200 (within the UK).
